About Wesley Yates and Robert Newburn:

Wesley is a proud marine veteran with over nine years of active-duty service that brings a strategic outlook and goal-oriented mindset to the team. Wesley has mentored and trained over 2,000 individuals for leadership and development roles. He was recognized in 2013 by Congressman Ralph Hall for his outstanding character and service to his community. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler.

In late 2018, he turned down an Operations Management opportunity with Amazon to actively network within the real estate investing community. Quickly building relationships with other like-minded entrepreneurs, he has created an extensive network of accredited investors who believe in his vision for methodically acquiring commercial assets. Wesley is an enthusiastic leader and brings with him skills crucial in building successful teams and driving performance.

Robert is a twenty-year law enforcement veteran, serving in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Throughout his policing career, Robert has served in many enforcement capacities, including a DWI task-force officer, a field training officer, and a criminal investigator. He has investigated thousands of forgery, fraud, identity theft, and embezzlement cases as a detective. In 2013, Robert earned the professional designation of CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Robert has been a real estate investor since 2000. He purchased his first single-family rental in Lubbock, TX. Since then, Robert and his wife Jana have bought and sold numerous single-family homes for their investment portfolio. They are majority partners in their apartment complex in Little Rock, Arkansas, and play an active role in asset and construction management.
